“Over the past ten years, I have worked in a variety of social service settings supporting vulnerable populations through life’s challenges. These experiences have shaped my belief that healing and growth happen best when people feel safe, understood and accepted without judgment. I work with adults ages 25 and older experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions and the effects of past or childhood trauma. I also have familiarity with and understanding of cultural dynamics within South Asian communities and recognize the important role that culture, family and personal values can play in a person’s mental health journey.”

Professional Experience
“My therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) while remaining tailored to each individual’s unique experiences and goals. I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions, building insight, and developing practical tools for navigating life’s challenges.”
“I understand that many of the coping strategies we develop were once necessary for getting through difficult experiences. Rather than viewing these patterns through a lens of judgment, I approach them with curiosity, empathy and compassion. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, healthier coping skills and meaningful change that aligns with the life you want to create.”
